Pastors Paul & Joyce Tan
Dr. Paul Tan serves as the Senior Pastor of City Blessing Churches in Walnut, Colton, and San Diego, and Apostle to City Blessing Churches Worldwide. Holding a Doctorate of Practical Ministry, he equips believers for Kingdom impact. As president of World Blessing Foundation, he has overseen $1 billion in aid across 15 nations. He founded YISB, establishing schools and training programs in Indonesia. He serves on multiple boards and ministers alongside his wife, Pastor Joyce Tan, with their growing family.

Pastors Him & Lilik Djuhana
Him and Lilik Djuhana faithfully serve at City Blessing Church, overseeing the Colton campus and contributing to the Worldwide Covering Council. With a heart for ministry and kingdom expansion, they support CBC’s mission across 90+ churches. Pastor Him co-founded the Indonesian Relief Fund, a nonprofit under World Blessing Foundation, providing humanitarian aid in Indonesia since 1998.
Pastors Tom & Rosa Lay
Pastors Tom and Rosalina Lay, Assistant Pastors at City Blessing Church - Walnut, are passionate about discipleship, counseling, and leadership. Pastor Tom, a Cromwell Christian School of Ministry graduate, oversees CARECELL, counseling, and hospitality, mentoring Zone Pastors. Rosalina focuses on families and marketplace impact. Now grandparents, they equip believers to fulfill their purpose.
Pastors Dion & Michelle Kurniadi
Pastor Dion, Executive Pastor at City Blessing Church, oversees all Walnut campus ministries. With a background in hotel management and legal assistance, he brings strategic insight to his ministries. He and Michelle provide covering for the next generation, with Michelle mentoring leaders and managing social media outreach. Together, they advance the church’s mission.
Pastors James & Sharon Sudarsono
Pastor James and Sharon Sudarsono lead the AXIS college ministry at our Walnut campus, guiding young people to surrender to the gospel. James is passionate about equipping the next generation to build Kingdom-driven businesses in the marketplace. Sharon leads Daughters Ministry, equipping women to impact the Kingdom. They are also dedicated to raising their two children.
Pastors John & Lestari Hadi
Pastor John and Lestari Hadi oversee City Blessing Church San Diego, focusing on discipleship and marketplace ministry. With 30+ years of executive experience, John serves as Senior VP at IAPMO and has led at Disney and Union Oil. They are dedicated to raising leaders, international students, and young families, and are blessed with three children and grandchildren.
Pastor Erfin Hartojo
Erfin Hartojo has served at Colton City Blessing Church (formerly San Bernardino City Blessing) since 1994, leading care cells and teaching the Basic Foundation Class. Passionate about discipleship and counseling, she transitioned to full-time Christian education and accounting in 1997. Promoted to Assistant Pastor in 2023, she continues supporting the church with her teaching and intercession gifts.
