Children are a vital part of our church family and our future. Through Sunday school classes, fun activities, and engaging programs, our Children’s Ministry provides a nurturing environment where kids can grow in their faith and understanding of God’s love. Together, we aim to equip the next generation to make a lasting impact on their community and the world.
Sunday School Classes
Our Sunday School provides engaging and age-appropriate lessons for all children.
Nursery
Ages 0-2A loving and nurturing environment for our youngest members. Our caring volunteers ensure babies and toddlers feel safe while experiencing God’s love through music, play, and simple lessons.
Toddler
Pre-School/Pre-KA fun, hands-on introduction to faith where little ones begin to learn about Jesus through stories, songs, and creative activities.
Kinder
Kindergarten - 1st GradeA space for young learners to explore foundational Bible stories, prayer, and worship while developing friendships.
Primary
2nd - 4th GradeEngaging lessons designed to deepen children’s understanding of the Bible, worship, and how to live out their faith daily.
Junior
5th - 7th GradeEncouraging pre-teens to grow in their faith through interactive discussions, relevant teachings, and opportunities to apply biblical principles in their daily lives.
Children Ministry Director
Melissa Djimin
Melissa serves as the Children’s Ministry Director at City Blessing Church, joyfully leading the ministry she once grew up in. Melissa’s heart is to walk alongside parents in guiding children from infancy through age 12 to encounter God personally and build their lives upon His Word. Drawing from her professional background in the medical field and her leadership as a hospital program manager, she equips and unites teams to serve with excellence. Her desire is to see every child discover their identity in Christ and grow in a lasting love for Jesus.
