Family Weekend

Jim and Jessica Kilmartin have been married for 26 years and share a deep commitment to faith, family, and ministry. Together, they have raised six children, and their family has grown to include a son-in-law and a grandson, bringing them great joy and purpose. Their lives reflect a strong dedication not only to their own family but also to building and strengthening families within their community.

Jim serves as the Senior Pastor of Rock City Church, where Jessica ministers alongside him in a pastoral role while also serving as the Dean of the Cromwell Christian Equipping Center. Their leadership is marked by a passion for equipping others, fostering spiritual growth, and developing leaders who impact their communities. In addition to their ministry work, Jim and Jessica are entrepreneurs who own Pinnacle Professional Services, a thriving commercial cleaning company that employs 75 people, demonstrating their commitment to excellence in both business and service.

Over the years, they have founded and led numerous nonprofits and ministries, including HoopsFest, Joshua House, Arrows Christian Academy, and Center City Church. Through these initiatives, they have consistently invested in outreach, education, and community development. At the core of everything they do is a shared vision: to build people, expand God’s Kingdom, reach the next generation, cultivate healthy families, and see lasting transformation in cities and communities.
