Building on the 4 C’s from Speak With Confidence, Connection, Content, Clarity, and Confidence, you’ll learn how to structure your message, communicate what matters, and deliver it with impact.
Your training ground? The elevator pitch: a simple but powerful exercise that will challenge you to communicate your ideas clearly, confidently, and within a set amount of time.

Dianne Krager-Godel is the CEO & Founder of Embers & Rose LLC, where she helps founder-led businesses turn vision into execution through operations, business systems, marketing production, and leadership support.With 20+ years of experience building teams, systems, and client relationships across asset management, coaching, and real estate, she brings a unique combination of operational expertise and people-centered leadership.
She currently serves as Head of Operations for a Miami-based luxury real estate brokerage, overseeing everything from transaction coordination and contract review to marketing, PR, and executive support.Known as a “Connection Concierge,” she is passionate about connecting people, ideas, and opportunities — and helping leaders and teams move from vision to meaningful action.In this workshop, she’ll bring that same practical, people-centered approach to help you communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
